House Rules

  • No smoking 🚭 indoors, no exceptions. You can smoke outside, away from the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the outdoor trash bins once put out, not in the yard. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

  • No parties πŸŽ‰ or unapproved events.

  • No unauthorized pets πŸΆπŸˆβ€β¬›πŸ¦œπŸ¦Ž.

  • We love pets and allow approved pets to stay with the corresponding pet fee πŸ’°. Please use the provided pet blanket for the couch to protect it, this can be found in bottom kitchen cabinet closest to the sliding door. We also have some food/water bowls here! The pooper scooper is on the back porch with a trash bin for disposing of pet waste πŸ’©, Please make sure to clean up after your pups to avoid any surprises for future guests.

  • No loud music 🎢 or disruptions between the hours of 10pm-8am. While this is a vacation destination, this is our neighbors homes and we respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence.

  • Do not disconnect the WiFi for any reason, this controls many aspects, such as the front door lock and we don't want you to be locked out.

  • Do not tamper or unplug any of the outdoor cameras πŸŽ₯.

  • We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately so we can have it resolved.




Our team works hard to maintain 'The Lynwood Lounge'. House rules help us to keep the property clean, safe, and respects the quiet neighborhood that we are a part of.

Pet Policy

  • Pets must be pre-approved by the host when requesting to book.

  • Maximum of three well behaved pets are allowed during the stay.

  • Pet fee covers up to three pets.

  • Please use the provided pet blanket for the couch to protect it, this can be found in bottom kitchen cabinet closest to the sliding door.

  • Please make sure to clean up after your pets to avoid any surprises for future guests.

  • Pets must be on a leash when not in the gated part of the yard.

  • Please respect our neighbors and do not let your pups bark excessively.

  • Pet fee does not cover damage done by pets. (This includes but is not limited to: chewed furniture, urine or feces on carpets/furniture/linens, scratches on doors or other areas of the home, or holes dug in the yard.) Guest is responsible for excessive damages or extra deep cleaning charges.
